Wild Elderflower Sorbet Pops

I made elderflower cordial this summer. It turned out very sweet despite a lot of dilution. I was interested to taste the elderflower pops when they were advertised.
They didn't disappoint. Neither too sweet or too sharp. For me - perfect. 5 stars!

I pounced as soon as I saw Wild Elderflower, & was not disappointed. Very sweet, delicate & refreshing.
I'm afraid the box of 10 did not last long.
So refreshing in this awful heat & straight from the hedgerows.

I was really looking forward to receiving these as the others are for the most part fabulous. I was expecting delicately flavoured, slightly sweet, perfumed treats but these elderflower pops are way too sweet. So much so that I can't eat them. Sadly for me they are an expensive mistake 😕
